What is your return/exchange process and policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have extended the typical 30-day return/exchange window to a 60-day return/exchange window on all orders placed from March 1, 2020 through May 31, 2020. We will continually assess the ongoing situation and adjust the return/exchange window as needed to provide the best shopping experience for you. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for US and Canada orders in new, unused condition with original packaging. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer).

How to return:
Simply log on to your account and under Order Details, you’ll be able to request a return label be emailed to you.
