I made a purchase between the 1st-5th. Why am I still being charged $49.95 for a VIP Member Credit on the 6th?

We no longer offer the “shop or skip” feature in our new program. In order to skip the month, you must visit the website and click “skip this month” between the 1st and 5th of that month, or contact customer service to skip the month. Shopping during the 1st and 5th no longer prevents you from being billed.
