As soon as we receive the product back in our warehouse, we will issue the refund/credit. Once your return has been processed by our warehouse, you will receive an email regarding your credit or refund. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect back on to your account. Some financial institutions may release holds sooner or take longer depending on their policies. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days from the time your return was received at our warehouse, please let us know so we can further investigate the situation. For any additional questions about time length of holds, please feel free to contact your bank.
