As soon as we receive the product back in our warehouse, we will issue the refund/credit. Given the circumstances, it could result in longer lead time for us to receive your returned items from our shipping partners. Please be patient with us during this time. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days from the time your return was received at our warehouse, please let us know so we can further investigate the situation. Once your return has been processed by our warehouse, you will receive an email regarding your credit or refund. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect back on to your account. Some financial institutions may release holds sooner or take longer depending on their policies. For any additional questions about time length of holds, please feel free to contact your bank.
