Through Member Services: Our team is available Monday to Sunday, from 9 am to 6 pm.
Via Chat, Email or Cancel Membership Form: Reach out to us through the Help & Contact section on our website.
Please note: Cancellations take effect 30 days after your request. During this notice period, you can still enjoy all your VIP benefits.
Even after cancellation, you can still shop at standard prices and redeem any unused VIP credits in your account.
And don’t forget — VIP credits expire after 12 months (we’ll remind you in time).
