Do you have a notice period?

Yes. The 30-day notice period starts once we have received your cancellation request. After that, your membership continues for 30 days before the cancellation is completed.

During these 30 days, your membership remains active and you can continue to enjoy all VIP perks. Please remember: if you don’t want to be charged a monthly credit during this period, you’ll need to use the “Skip the Month”  option in your account as usual.

After the 30 days have passed, your membership will end automatically and you will receive a confirmation email of your cancellation.
