Before to initiate your return:
- Please make sure that you have only worn the items to try them on and that you return the items complete and in their original condition, intact and without damage. In addition, all tags and labels should still be attached to the item. We reserve the right to claim compensation for any loss in value due to improper handling of the item.
You can easily & quickly register your return online:
go to your account, then click on "order and returns", choose your order and click on "initiate return", select which item you want to return and click "continue". You'll be able to choose to return the item for a refund or for an exchange.
After this:
- Access the Bleckmann.com website.
- Provide your details and click on "Submit."
- Choose PostNord as a courier and click on "continue"; a printable PDF copy of your return label will be created for you at the end of the process.
You can now print your label from the link provided or the copy you get in your email inbox.
Drop off your return at the nearest PostNord point.
