Fabletics accepts returns and exchanges on US and Canada orders within 30 days of delivery, or within 30 days of purchase for items bought in a Fabletics store. Items must be new and unused in the original packaging, apparel must be unworn with all tags attached, and accessories must include every piece.
You can return in store, through Happy Returns, or by mail. Some items bought through special promotions, and all custom-embroidered scrubs, are final sale. Store credit used on an order is refunded as store credit only. Loyalty Points earned on a refunded purchase are deducted, and items redeemed with Loyalty Points can't be returned or exchanged. Return shipping and handling for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is $9. Bottoms in Short or Tall inseams can be returned but not exchanged. Australian customers can call 1-844-322-5384.
